All three plans include the same assessment quality and service commitment — the difference is frequency and coverage scope. Guard (quarterly) covers general pest management for most homes. Fortress (bi-monthly) adds rodent monitoring and wasp coverage, appropriate for homes in wooded or mixed suburban areas. Citadel (monthly) includes full termite inspection, mosquito control, and dedicated technician continuity. We'll recommend the right fit after your assessment.
For initial assessments, yes — we need interior access and want to discuss findings directly with you. For routine exterior-only follow-up visits on existing service plans, we can complete the work with your permission while you're away and leave a written service report at the door. Interior treatments require someone home unless you provide advance authorization in writing.
